These terms apply to your use of this website and to the text messaging program operated by Poetic Flowers Distributors, 3650 NE 25th Street, Unit 9, Ocala, FL 34470. By using this site or by opting in to our text messages, you agree to what follows.

Text messaging program

What we send

Messages relate to your orders and account: order confirmations, weekly availability, substitutions, delivery timing for Thursday shipments, damage credit follow-up, and replies to questions you text us. We use texting as a working line for our accounts, not as a promotional blast list.

Message frequency and cost

• Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
• Message and data rates may apply. Charges come from your mobile carrier under your own plan, not from us.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can order by phone at (352) 244-8883 or by email instead.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to end messages. We may send a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, after which we will not text you again unless you opt back in. You can also ask us to remove your number by calling or emailing Shop@poetic-flowers.com.

Carriers and delivery

Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier and device, and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Your number

If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, tell us so we do not text a number that no longer belongs to you. Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy — we do not sell or share mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Orders and ordering deadlines

• Order cutoff is Tuesday at 4:00 PM for that week's Thursday shipment. Requests received after the cutoff roll to the following week.
• Carnations and custom orders require five days advance notice.
• Submitting the order request form on this site starts a conversation — it is a request, not a confirmed order. Your order is confirmed once we respond and agree on what is available.
• Availability and pricing change week to week with the season and with what we are able to import. Varieties shown on this website are a sample of what we carry and are not a guarantee of stock.
• Standing weekly orders are available and continue until you tell us to change or pause them.

Damage credit

If flowers arrive in less than acceptable condition, tell us and we will issue a credit. Please report damage promptly after receiving your order so we can document it with our own suppliers.

Walk-in visits

Our Ocala location is open to the public Tuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed Saturday through Monday. Because availability varies week to week, please contact us before visiting to confirm what is in stock.

Use of this website

The content, photographs, and branding on this site belong to Poetic Flowers Distributors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Please do not use this site or our forms to submit unlawful content, to attempt to disrupt the site, or to send automated or bulk submissions.

This site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the site or the messaging program after an update means you accept the revised terms.
